CDC Statistics 4 in 5 US Teens Suffer from STD’s
The binge culture and reckless attitude of the younger generation has led to a grave increase to incidents of STD’s which unbeknown to them has the ability to ruin their futures as parents. STD and unwarranted sex have been linked and teens are the one greatly at risk. Education is the key but cultural outlook towards sex might have to be revamped if the diseases are to be put in check.
Many of these teens who suffer from such diseases hide them due to fear of repercussions form their parents or from their mates but this allows the disease to progress even farther. Most of these STD’s can be cured with simple medication and operations but some need specialized attention due to their contagious nature. One needs not be scared of the impact for it would be better to face shame that not have kids in the future. And don’t think same sex can spare you from getting it for it still can. Seek help as soon as possible to get you fast on the road to recovery.
