Teenagers are more prone to STD

Many people nowadays are really impulsive, most especially teenagers. Teenagers of today try a lot of stuffs Smoking, drinking alcohol and sexual intercourse with their so called girl friend or boy friend to name a few. But with every sexual fulfillment of a person there is always a negative side. What you don’t know is that sexually transmitted diseases are infections passed from person to person through sexual intercourse, genital contact, or contact with semen, vaginal fluid, or blood. Many of these diseases can also be spread through sharing needles and other items that may be contaminated. STD can affect anyone, no matter what his or her age. Preventing a sexually transmitted disease is easier that treating an infection once it occurs. If your job or behavior puts you at risk for HIV infection, or if you come in contact with HIV-infected blood for example accidental needle stick, contact a health professional immediately.
