Men and women has the privilege to be informed and at the same time to have a safe, efficient, reasonably priced and suitable means of fertility regulation of their choice. On the other hand, proper health care services that will permit women a safe pregnancy all the way to childbirth will supply couples with the best chance of having a healthy infant.
